We appreciate your participation in our Viewfinder panel and research projects. Thank you for providing feedback and helping us to make important product decisions. We decided to move Viewfinders from the current platform to a new, more user friendly platform. This means some changes are coming.
We will discontinue the points system. Instead participants can enter into a random drawing of larger prizes when taking surveys. For interviews everyone is still compensated individually like they were before.
What this means for you:
- If you want to stay part of the Viewfinders please follow the link below and answer four questions about yourself to enter the new panel.
- If you decide to continue as a Viewfinder you won’t have to login and redeem any points anymore. You will receive invitations via email and are notified when you win a drawing or receive a thank you.
- Check your Viewfinder account to see if you have points to redeem. You can redeem them till April 2023 but we recommend doing this soon. Instructions are below if you need help.

- Log into your account https://smugmug.opinioninsight.com/ (you can reset your password if you forgot)
- Go to rewards and check if you are eligible for any gift cards.
- Choose your gift card and enjoy!
