Pinal County Elections Director Virginia Ross is being justly rewarded for her work in the upcoming election, according to Pinal County spokesman James Daniels. She will receive a salary of $175,000 for a four-month contract with the possibility of a $25,000 bonus if she meets certain goals. Speaking of the election, the Arizona Citizens Clean Election Commission is holding a live-streamed meet and greet of candidates that are running for the Central Arizona Water Conservation District tonight. The district operates the Central Arizona Project canal that runs through and delivers water to Maricopa, Pinal and Pima counties.
