Joe Biden is Destroying America with His Open Border Policies
New pictures and video footage depicting the latest rush of illegal aliens crossing the border in Yuma are shocking. Long lines of criminals walking into our country. Mountains of litter and rubbish strewn everywhere. Thousands more staging along the border getting ready to cross. It is evident by these disturbing images that the crisis along the southern border is getting worse by the day.
Joe Biden’s open border policies are an open invitation to criminals and drug cartels to cross into our country unchecked. This is the crisis that Joe Biden doesn’t want you to see but a picture is worth a thousand words. The crisis has reached a new level and what is taking place in Yuma is unconscionable. Joe Biden is destroying America.

Gosar Votes Against Democrats Continuation of the War on President Trump
Democrat hatred for President Trump knows no boundaries. This week they advanced the so called Protecting our Democracy Act, legislation that purports to address abuses of presidential power as well as accountability and transparency. This vote was just another political stunt by President Trump impeachment manager Adam Schiff, who authored the bill.
I offered three amendments that would restore the separation of powers to check government overreach. Surprise, surprise: all three of my common-sense amendments were denied by the Democrats.
Sadly, our country has continuously moved away from the wisdom of the Founders, investing more and more power into an unconstitutional executive branch hellbent on infringing on our rights and liberties. If Democrats were serious about curtailing abuses of presidential power or providing transparency and accountability, they would have supported my amendments. Instead, they rejected all of them in favor of legislation that would inappropriately make Congress a permanent installation of the executive branch. I voted against this terrible legislation.

The G4 Express Outrage Concerning Cruel Treatment of J6 Prisoners
Nearly one year has passed and the treatment of political prisoners held in detention facilities Washington, DC in relation to the event of January 6 is appalling. After months of Representatives Greene, Gaetz, Gohmert and Gosar (G4) being denied entry to the jail, including being forcibly locked out of the facility, access to tour the jail was finally granted.
This week, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene released a shocking report detailing the conditions being incurred by the January 6th political prisoners still being detained in two detention facilities in Washington, DC.
The physical conditions described by these inmates can only be described as inhumane. Lacking access to their attorneys, families and even proper nutrition these inmates are suffering disproportionately from long periods of isolation from the outside world. Many inmates continue to describe harrowing stories of being held in confinement for 19-20 hours a day and only being allowed outside for fresh air twice a week. They are being denied the right to attend chaplain or religious services. They aren’t allowed communion. Many described having their hair burned off with harsh chemicals. Others have no access to working toilets. And many more shared horrible stories of lacking adequate medical treatment.
These are not hardened thugs, murderers or gang members with long histories of crimes. These are not unruly or dangerous violent criminals. These are moms, dad, brothers, sisters, veterans and teachers. All political prisoners who continue to be persecuted and endure the pain of unjust suffering. I have repeatedly called for all individuals arrested for illegal acts on January 6 to be treated fairly. They are deserving of equal justice under the law. You can watch the press conference the G4 had this week highlighting this report here. |

Gosar and Gaetz Defend the Right to Self Defense
As you know, Kyle Rittenhouse was recently found not guilty of murder. This was a victory for the truth, for justice, and for every American’s God-given and unalienable right of self-defense.
Unfortunately, many in the media and Big Tech did everything they could to frame Kyle as a white supremacist. Worse, Joe Biden used him in a campaign ad last year riddled with false, disgusting allegations against Kyle’s character. What we saw was a textbook case of self-defense, and all the evidence made that clear from the start. I am thankful that the jury put aside bias, considered the facts, and came to the right decision.
This week, I joined Representative Matt Gaetz by cosponsoring the Stand Your Ground Act which states that a person does not have a duty-to-retreat when faced with a life-threatening situation. 35 states have Stand Your Ground laws while 15 have duty-to-retreat laws. The Second Amendment and countless judicial decisions have affirmed the right to defend oneself and this legislation will make this the national standard. |

Gosar Explains His Vote Against National Defense Authorization Act
This week, I voted against the annual bill authorizing our national defense, known as the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). What has long received bipartisan support, it has become a hot bed for liberal policies in recent years. Thankfully I was I was able to strip out the of red flag law provisions, prevent it from drafting our daughters, and close visa loopholes allowing Chinese Communist Party members into our country. Even with these changes, this legislation did nothing to prevent mandatory vaccinations for our service members. In fact, it doubled down on this unlawful policy. Further, it does not hold military leadership accountable for its Afghanistan failures yet continues to authorize their failed woke agenda. There is good policy in this bill, however until Democrats stop playing partisan politics with our national defense, I could not in good conscious support this bill.

Gosar Will Always Stand with Israel
The recent vote by the United Nations disavowing Jewish historical ties and exclusivity to the Temple Mount is an outrageous act of religious persecution. This is a transparent effort, supported by 129 nations but opposed by the United States, to rewrite history, cleanse the holy area of its religious ties to the Jewish faith and deny that Israel has roots to the Middle East.
No one can simply “vote” to erase historical and religious events. This vote, coming during Hanukkah, is particularly ill conceived. At its core, this is anti-semitic and its purpose is to give validity to a false claim that the Temple is an Islamic holy site. The Jewish Temple, located in the heart of Jerusalem’s Old City, is holy ground to Jews and it belongs solely to their faith. I object to any effort to ethnically cleanse the Jewish people from their sole historic claim to this land and temple.

Paul Gosar
@Dr.PaulGosar: They made their bed. Now sleep in it. I’m a no vote to bail out woke corporations who backed BLM and “crime reform” and now suffer criminality. What did they expect?
Responding a Tweet from Ryan Fournier.
@RyanAFournier: BREAKING: The CEOs of Target, Dick’s, Best Buy, Nordstrom, and CVS have asked Congress for help amid recent crime surges. This is Joe Biden’s America.
