Don’t miss the final session of the Entrepreneur Speaker Series taking place next Wednesday, August 24th at Walter Studios in Downtown Phoenix.
The State Forty Eight Foundation Entrepreneur Speaker Series presented by Ogeez! brings together some of Arizona’s most remarkable founders, CEO’s and industry experts. Each session tackles a theme or topic that is central to the journey of the entrepreneur. Here is what you can expect from session four:
VALUABLE INSIGHT: Business burnout is real. How can entrepreneurs create sustainable practices that allow for growth? The answer is good systems and processes and that’s what session four will focus on. By incorporating foundational operational practices that help them manage teams, leads, sales and so much more – business owners give themselves room to do what they’re meant to do: lead and innovate.

CONNECTION: Come ready to meet and connect with fellow entrepreneurs, aspiring business owners and community professionals!
GOOD BITES & A GOOD BUZZ: Our friends at Walter Studios will be throwing down the kitchen and offering select menu items for purchase. And if you’re thirsty, the Honey Bar will be pouring drinks all night!

ABOUT OUR SESSION FOUR SPEAKERS
Mackenzie Harkey, Founder at Mackenzie Collier Interiors
Mackenzie graduated design school during a period of economic recession. After struggling to find a local design firm that aligned with her values, she decided to take a leap and forge her own path into the design industry, starting her own business with a simple ad on Craigslist. As a queer woman, Mackenzie didn’t see herself reflected among the designers who had gained success in the industry. She also felt strongly that the established interior design business model was deeply flawed, and she was eager to create an unconventional business model that reflected her values of integrity, transparency, sustainability, and inclusivity. Utilizing a passion for data, processes, and efficiency, she overhauled the traditional business model to offer high-quality design services at a price point that would be accessible to working people. In doing this, she increased her profitability, grew her team, and achieved her next big goal: providing a safe space for people from diverse backgrounds to launch their careers in the industry.
Dr. Radman Rahiminejad, Founder, CEO & President at Backfit Health & Spine
Dr. Radman “Radi” Rahimi is the CEO and President of BackFit Health + Spine. He co-founded BackFit Health + Spine in 2002, merging forces with his sister Dr. Yasmin Rahimi to establish one of the most innovative and patient-care-driven, multi-specialty health clinics in Arizona. His reputation as one of the most sought-after and affordable doctors in Chandler, Arizona, has earned Dr. Radi recognition and numerous awards. Dr. Radi attended Arizona State University where he studied Psychology with a pre-med emphasis. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1996, Dr. Radi enrolled at the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic West Campus and graduated with his Doctorate in 2001. It was first at Palmer West where Dr. Radi became involved with sports chiropractic. His passion for sports rehabilitation set the groundwork to develop the concept of healthcare that is now the BackFit Health + Spine vision. Over the past many years, Dr. Radi made it his company’s mission to provide the best multi-specialty healthcare to all of Phoenix and beyond. Dr. Radi stepped out of active practice several years ago to focus on improving the patient experience with regular training and mentoring of his clinical and support staff, as well as traveling nationally to research more potential services to further improve BackFit’s high level of patient service.
