Florida Midterms with Maxwell Frost

Voters in Florida – especially Black,Brown, young and LGBTQIA+ voters – have been facing attacks on their freedoms from the Supreme Court to the State Government. How are voters responding as a result? And what are organizers and community leaders doing to keep voters engaged for the Florida midterms?

On July 7th we will be joined by community advocate and congressional candidate, Maxwell Alejandro Frost, for an important discussion on how voters in Florida are feeling and what YOU can do to help us get out the vote during the primaries and for the midterms.

We will also talk about our campaigns to engage Black voters in Florida through phone banking and post carding. Join us!

Maxwell Frost is a long time Florida organizer and activist. As a former National Organizer with the ACLU and the former National Organizing Director with March For Our Lives, he has led the fight to restore voting rights to over 1.6 million Floridians who had previous felony convictions, organized a youth voter turnout program that helped drive record turnout, and helped secure an unprecedented five billion dollars in funding for community-based violence prevention programs in President Biden’s budget proposal.
