Hope you are doing well!  Thank you for your previous help in planning Moving Day Phoenix.  It’s that time of year again for us to start planning the 2022 event.  We are looking at revamping the event and adding some new elements this year to make it more interactive and fun for all participants.

I am reaching out to see if you are interested in serving on the planning committee this year?  The meeting will start end of June 1^st  and run monthly until Nov. 1^st.   We will be asking each member of the committee to help in a specific area of their choice to make sure we are meeting all the needs of the event.

Please respond to this email by the end of the day, Wednesday June 22^nd with a yes or no on joining the committee.
