Good morning RJ,
The rules of the road have changed for truckers along a 20-mile section of Interstate 10 between Casa Grande and Tucson. The Arizona Department of Transportation installed new signs on Monday limiting heavy trucks to the right lane in an effort to reduce the number of crashes and delays along the route.
Also, a developer is hoping to build a new mini-storage facility in Anthem, but first, they’re going to have to win over the neighbors. And that may not be an easy task. A group of residents has already expressed their disapproval of the project to the Florence Town Planning and Zoning Department.
And speaking of Florence, the chairman of the town Planning and Zoning Commission announced his resignation. According to his resignation letter, he was asked to step down by a town councilman who told him he was “very unpopular.” 😳 |
