Fernando’s story is similar to a majority of our clients. He served in the Marine Corps, then sent 30 years in Law Enforcement. Retirement was approaching and he wanted a new challenge. He still felt young and ultimately there was more to achieve with his career.
Fernando came to us with his heart set on owning a Dunkin’ Donuts. He loved the idea of having people come into his shop to enjoy coffee. After discussing his life goals and what he wanted for his future, together we decided that Dunkin’ Donuts did not align with the lifestyle he desired. When we presented a franchise in Property Management, Fernando knew right away he found an excellent match!
