Prescott, AZ — Congressman Paul Gosar, D.D.S. (R-04) issued the following statement in response to Joe Biden’s nomination of Steve Dettelbach to Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).
“Joe Biden’s nominee to head the ATF is the newest example of the Biden administration’s endless assault on the Second Amendment and law-abiding gun owners.
We must put an end to the latest Biden gun grab effort. I urge my fellow Arizona Senators to oppose this nominee and put the Constitution ahead of politics,” concluded Congressman Gosar.
