Today, we continue to persevere through the COVID-19 pandemic. While challenging, I believe we will get through this, and I want you to know the UOPX team is here for you. |
As an alumnus of University of Phoenix, we want to help you manage through this difficult time in our lives. In that spirit, we want to point you to an on-demand mental health tool that we’ve begun offering to our employees. Ginger is an app that you can download to your smart device that provides you with the emotional support, including confidential coaching via text-based chats, self-guided activities and video-based therapy and psychiatry–all from the privacy of your smartphone. Ginger coaches are available 24/7 and work as a team to ensure you get the best, personalized care that you need, when you need it. There are numerous free resources included in the app, as well as individualized services you can set-up for a monthly fee. |
Beyond Ginger are our UOPX Career Advisors, who are available to help you navigate your career amidst this unprecedented pandemic. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to them at 844-937-8679–they stand ready to help. Also, if you haven’t already, please consider connecting with other UOPX alumni on the PhoenixLINK™ Network. This free, interactive platform is just the place to meet-up with other UOPX alumni facing similar challenges and seeking like goals–you may find a kindred spirit in your neighborhood, or nearby, who can help or commiserate. |
Please be well, and if you haven’t already, please consider getting vaccinated and/or boosted. And thank you for choosing to be a Phoenix. This is a difficult time for us all, but together we’ll get through this, because together we will always rise! |
Sincerely, |
