On Sunday, we’ll be starting our 30-day weight loss program: The Ultimate Reboot. The program includes a private membership group (not on Facebook) where you can post and ask questions from our coaches, and get to know others in the program.
We will also have 5 live Zoom meetings, one per week. I will be hosting those meetings where we’ll be joined at various times by Dr. Alan Goldhamer, Dr. Doug Lisle, and John Pierre.
This Saturday, January 8, I will be hosting a live Q&A to answer any questions you might have about the upcoming program.
