Workers in the Food and Nutrition program at the Coolidge Unified School District will see a bump in payafter a decision made by the governing board. Faced with employees who were leaving the district for better pay elsewhere, CUSD chose to increase each hourly wage by at least $1.

The Scottsdale Unified School District board chose to oust its board president earlier this week. Scottsdale Police recently announced they were investigating allegations that former board president Jann-Michael Greenburg distributed a “dossier” on some parents that included photos and personal finances.
In case you missed the big news: In yesterday’s newsletter, we shared that state and federal transportation officials had formally selected the preferred route for the proposed Interstate 11 project.
