A 15-year-old San Tan Valley boy accused of shooting another teen could be charged with first-degree murder as an adult. A report released by the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, which aims to justify the charges to a Pinal Superior Court judge, indicates that the STV teen killed in September at a home off Bella Vista Road was allegedly shot over a defective vape cartridge.
In other news, PCSO helped to seize more than 140 pounds of illicit drugs and thousands of fentanyl pills in a Phoenix drug bust last week. However, it’s currently unknown why the office was involved in the bust.

– The Arizona City golf course will reopen after nearly two years of closure. The course has been undergoing renovations that the board of directors hopes will make it more successful.
