Blessings in the Name of our Lord Jesus! First of all, thank you for taking the time to read this important email.
We at Wycliffe Associates are trying to translate our resources for minority dialects and language translators who are spread throughout Cambodia and who know Khmer, so that they can use these materials, along with the Khmer Bible to translate a new Bible into their own mother tongue. What you would specifically be doing is translating biblical materials into Khmer so that we can get them to these people groups throughout Cambodia so that they can make a Bible into their own language for the very first time. We will be using the Khmer Bible for their source text, so there is no need for a new Khmer translation at this time.
How can you help us? We are looking for people who will donate a few hours a week of their spare time to help translate the resources I mentioned above into Khmer from English. By doing this you can help bring the life-saving message of our Lord Jesus Christ to them. We cannot do this work without people like yourself whom our heavenly Father has gifted with these two languages. We would love for you to be a part of this amazing ministry of helping to bring people to Christ. Your location has no bearing. You just need an internet connection and either a computer or tablet.
