The wine is pale straw in color with a green hue. It opens with layers of passion fruit, citrus zest, melon, and tropical fruit on the nose with a hint of elderflower. The palate offers juicy, weighty, sweet fruit balanced by clean acidity. Concentrated citrus flavors with passion fruit, guava, and pomelo linger through the finish. Delicious with seafood (salmon, mussels, oysters, sashimi) and poultry (quail, free-range chicken).
Chardonnay from Sonoma Coast, Sonoma County, California
This Sonoma Coast Chardonnay delivers an exquisite reflection of this varied microclimate. Cooler evenings bring crisp acidity, while warmer afternoons impart flavors of lemon and orange peel, resulting in a cool, elegant wine.
Bright and crisp with juicy tropical fruit characteristics. Featuring aromas of citrus with a hint of strawberry and melon. Flavors of grapefruit, tangerine and lemon with bright acidity results in a refreshing rose with vibrant acidity and a crisp finish.
Bright ruby in color with ripe flavors and aromas of cherry, wild strawberry, vanilla, and caramel. This wine has some complexity unique to Pinot Noir with soft, juicy tannins. Perfect for enjoying with friends or complementing a nice meal. Pairs well with roast lamb, grilled salmon, and mushroom risotto.
Cabernet Sauvignon from Alexander Valley, Sonoma County, California
Simi`s Landslide Vineyard produced a wine that is youthful, elegant, and with a bright fruit character. Opaque and deep red with a vibrant ruby edge. The nose is very fruit-forward showing cassis, red plum, blackberry, cocoa, vanilla, baking spice, bay leaves, and toasty notes with hints of cedar. Inviting, fresh, and intriguing, this wine will continue to integrate flavors and aromas over time. On the palate, vibrant red berries, cassis, blackberry, and plum. Structured and elegant with balanced acidity. Fresh fruit on the entry followed by a broad mid-palate. Toasty, sweet oak frames the fruit and lends structure. The wine finishes with firm, ripe tannins and bittersweet cocoa. The acid balance makes this wine inviting, rich, and delicious.
Flavors of sun-ripened pineapple and lemon creme are layered by guava, Asian pea zesty grapefruit, all integrated with a toasty complexity in this mouthwatering yet textured Chardonnay. Made with 100% Chardonnay.
Unshackled Red Blend opens with aromas of raspberry, blueberry and crushed violets. Flavors of spiced dried cherries, florals and a hint of white pepper translate to a balanced red blend wine supported with a generous mouthfeel. A blend of Zinfandel, Malbec, Petite Sirah, Syrah and Grenache is barrel aged in French and American oak casks for 10 months before bottling. Serve just below room temperature by refrigerating this wine bottle for up to 30 minutes. Pair this red wine blend with BBQ Pork Ribs or a Portobello Mushroom burger.
Purple plum jam and blackberry are prominent on the nose, with hints of black pepper, vanilla wafer cookie, and earthy coffee bean.
