AWLA held the first-ever OneHealth Clinic over the weekend!
This event provided 25 pets and their families free wellness care, grooming, training tips, and pet food! The OneHealth clinic is a new program at the shelter, aiming to bring pet wellness care to communities across the county, and keep pets where they belong — at home.
One of this weekend’s clinic clients told us: “You probably won’t believe this, but being able to make sure my best friend is going to get a checkup was the highlight of my day.”
