Animal Welfare League of Arlington

It’s the last day of our birth-day celebrations and we just want to say Thank You one more time.

We’ve bombarded you with messages all week, and you might be tired of us by now. But the truth is sharing stories about the animals you’ve helped and continue to help with your love and support has been the highlight of our week.

The true goal and greatest gift we received for our birthday this year was the opportunity to bring our incredible community together and celebrate YOU… raising much-needed funds for shelter pets and animals in the community was a bonus!

To everyone who has donated to support pets and people in our community Thank You. But if you need one more reason to donate to our Birth-day of Giving, then you need to meet Izzy.
Izzy was born with painfully malformed eyes and is almost completely blind because of them.

She is doing wonderfully with her foster family and is a very happy pup. But to give Izzy the best, pain-free life — she will need surgery to remove both of her eyes as soon as possible.

Once Izzy has surgery and heals, she will be ready to find her new home!

Thank you for 77 amazing years — we look forward to seeing what we will do together for many years to come!
