“We’re not your average Joe!”

We recently wrote to let you know you have a PREPAID heating and cooling system maintenance upcoming. Did you set it aside and think, “I’ll get to this later?”
Yeah, we thought so.

It’s ok, because you’ve still got plenty of time to book your appointment and get yourself a convenient time on the schedule. Again, you’ve already paid for this, so why not use it? Maintenance is important!

As a friendly reminder, we are committed to keeping both our customers and our employees safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. Here’s what we’re doing every day:

• All technicians are prescreened each morning for any COVID-19 symptoms.
• Our technicians wash their hands before walking up to the customer’s house.
• We do not shake hands and keep our distance at the doorway.
• Our technicians wear shoe covers, gloves (disposed of after each job), and a mask on every job.
• We practice social distancing, as best we can, when in the home.
• We clean our work area after the work is done.
• We are do touchless approval of work we do + payment as well. Voice approval is recorded in our software.
• We have procedures to take before entering a home where we know someone has COVID-19 or symptoms thereof.
