Another day, another multihit game for No. 1 prospect Wander Franco, who crushed his fifth home run of the year … and made sure to watch it fly.  Yesterday was Lou Gehrig Day, and the Bleacher Creatures at Yankee Stadium made sure to include the iconic first baseman in the roll call.  Julio Rodríguez, the Mariners’ No. 2 prospect, crushed two towering homers for the Dominican Republic in a 13-3 win over Nicaragua.  MLB Pipeline’s Jim Callis says Vanderbilt’s Jack Leiter and Kumar Rocker are the best college pitchers in the 2021 Draft. But when will they be selected?  It was fitting that the family of Pete Frates, who became the face of the Ice Bucket Challenge before he left us, were invited to Yankee Stadium on Wednesday.
