“It costs a lot of money to look this cheap.” – Dolly Parton

Dear gentleman,
Be kind, be generous.

When you receive good service, be decent and give a nice tip.

Whether it’s the waiter at the restaurant or the Uber driver.

Don’t become a Scrooge, be a gentleman.

Give generously.

Who to tip, and how much?

Your tipping-etiquette:

1. Waiter: 10/15% for ok service. Does the waiter go the extra mile? Make it 20%.

2. Bartender: 15/25% on the overall tab. Make sure to tip a dollar per drink.

3. Delivery person: a 15% tip.

4. Attendants (like parking valet): 2 – 5$

5. The barista: a few coins

6. Concierge in a hotel: 10$, exceptional service 20$+

7. Taxi driver: 10/15% of the tab

8. Personal grooming/Hairdresser: 10%/15%

Now I wonder…

How much would you tip a shoe-shiner?
Reply by email, I’m curious to hear your answer!

Be a gentleman at heart.
