• Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon road closures in Tempe (ktar.com) — Expect major road closures around Tempe Beach Park this weekend as Rock ‘n’ Roll Arizona races bring lane restrictions on Rio Salado Parkway, Mill Avenue, Curry Road and nearby streets from early Saturday through Sunday evening. Plan extra time, check alternate routes, and watch for runners and transit changes if you’re driving near downtown Tempe.
• Mesa saw slim home sale growth in 2025 (themesatribune.com) — Tempe’s housing market is currently one of the more favorable spots for home sellers in Greater Phoenix, ranking just behind Phoenix in a new Cromford Report analysis. While Mesa’s 2025 home sales barely grew, Tempe is among the cities seeing stronger seller leverage and recent momentum, especially compared with weaker condo and townhome activity across the Valley.
