East Tempe project OK’d amid grocery debate (tempenews.com) — The Tempe City Council has approved the Dorsey Station project, which will bring a grocery store and 400 housing units to a low-income neighborhood. Residents are hopeful for a name grocer to alleviate the area’s food desert status.     2. Arizona Heritage Center in Tempe closes for weather repairs and updates (azfamily.com) — The Arizona Heritage Center in Tempe is temporarily closing for critical repairs following weather damage and a break-in. The closure will last from November 10 to January 5, 2026, as crews work to restore the building and protect its collections.     3.
