When Chandler’s daughter, Capri, was preparing for surgery at St. Jude, he turned to something simple but meaningful: a brand-new pair of socks.

It was his way of channeling hope. And soon, their entire town — and people across the world — were wearing socks in support of Capri.

“It just meant the world to us because we knew everyone at St. Jude was on our side,” said Chandler.
