A story that has led to the rebirth, promoted by the current very active owners, starting from the new vineyards that have been added, from the modern techniques that have joined the traditional ones to continue to make a territory and a wine speak, the Chianti Classico, passed through periods of strong and radical changes. | The second vintage released as a Gran Selezione, this hails from a one-hectare parcel at the top of the estate’s Gittori vineyard in Gaiole. Such purity and beauty to this with sliced rose, peach, citrus and cherry aromas and flavors. Medium body, with ultra fine tannins that run the length of the wine. Crunchy and refined. It goes on for minutes. So drinkable and beautiful now but will improve nicely. Drink or hold. Production is limited to under 4,800 bottles. |
