Based in the UK and self-taught, Ibi began painting in May 2024 and has already made an indelible mark with her vibrant, soulful acrylics. Drawing from her British Nigerian heritage, Studio IMO’s bold, graphic paintings celebrate Black figures in tactile, intimate poses, radiating affirmation and presence. Each piece is a testament to human connection and the beauty of taking up space unapologetically.
