Good point Tom.  Because Homegrown National Park is headquartered back east, the nurseries they have lined up may well be eastern nurseries.  It would be a good practice to ask when submitting your request, which Oregon (Southern Oregon) nurseries they are contracted with.  We do have a few small nurseries here in the valley, and Plant Oregon has been doing locally adapted restoration business for years.  Always check the source of the plants you will be getting!
