ADU? Home office? In Law? Over the past few years, due to COVID, tiny homes and ADUs have become more popular. And there are many questions surrounding them: do you need a permit? How does it hook up to water? How do know which to choose?
If you don’t know, I am a Realtor, and one of my clients bought a property with the intention of building a tiny home on it. And now he has it modeled to help guide others through the process.
