It’s easy to say the Dodgers were this winter’s winners and it’s certainly not wrong to do so, considering all the talent they added. But based on projected WAR, it’s actually the team they bested in the NLCS, the Mets, who improved the most this offseason.

Each team’s cap is bursting with vibrant color, and some of them have a unique flair, like a Cubs cap that features the “walking cub” logo or the Mets’ one with Mr. Met in sunglasses.

Some of these young talents were very close to making MLB Pipeline’s newly released list and fell just short. But all of them are on the doorstep and well worth keeping an eye on this season.
