Dear Members,

Each fall, we come to you to ask your thoughts on the Resort Club experiences the BlueStar Resort & Golf team works to provide in your Clubs and communities. This survey provides us the opportunity to celebrate wins and better understand our opportunities.

As you think about what you’d like to share, I would like to offer a few thoughts that I hope will be helpful in your evaluation of our efforts:

  1. “BlueStar” includes your team on-site as well as our team at our Central Services office in Scottsdale. We try to be clear in the questions we ask on the survey, but this question has come up in the past, so we’d like to avoid any confusion. When you are asked about “BlueStar”, please consider both your local team and, to the extent you have a perspective, our leadership team providing support to the local teams.
  2. The survey is designed to cover the hospitality amenities in your community. Ideally, the perspective you offer is specific to this scope, and not influenced – positively or negatively – by things like the homebuilding process or community association matters. These groups play a role in the community experience, but this survey is specific to BlueStar as your hospitality provider.
  3. Feedback provided in the survey is anonymous to the frontline teams but visible to the survey administrators within BlueStar’s Central Services team. We believe this provides the right balance between allowing for candor and also providing for follow-up where needed. You should all feel completely comfortable being candid, knowing that we have protections in place to ensure discretion around potentially sensitive issues.

Your feedback is invaluable to our team. I personally read each and every survey, including the verbatim comments, and find all perspectives to be illuminating. I know our teams feel the same, and I extend our appreciation of your time in advance.
