Subject: Bullpen Golf Cart

Just saw you on channel 5 talking about the golf cart that brought us in from the bullpen. I was called in from the bullpen once and Tom Haller was my driver. Any of the players in the bullpen would jump in the cart and drive the pitcher to the dugout, drop the pitcher off and head back to the bullpen. Well, I got out of the cart and started to walk around the front of the cart and head to the mound. My driver, Hatch(Tom Haller), looked to his left and gunned it to go back to the bullpen. Almost knocked me down as I jumped out of the way of almost getting hit. The next day we had driving lessons for all those who were potential golf cart drivers 😊
