Good morning, Arizona. Here’s what our reporters are working on and what you should know about what’s happening across the state before you start your day.
President Joe Biden will travel to Arizona on Friday for a speech on tribal lands, where he is expected to formally apologize for the abuses committed against Native boarding school students over nearly 150 years.
Biden will deliver the apology at the Gila River Indian Community south of Phoenix in what could be his last visit to Arizona as president.
