HOW TO PREPARE FOR WALK 2024

Wear your Team T-shirts and Create Awareness Posters

Let our Northern Virginia community know why we walk. Bring or make a poster! Create a team t-shirt to show off your team spirit. Be creative!

(Poster board and markers will be available to create your poster at the Walk.)

Stretch to Meet Your Walker or Team Goal

It’s not too late to inspire donations that will help make a difference throughout the coming year! Invite friends, family and co-workers to join you or support your efforts at: www.namiwalks.org/northernvirginia.

All donations, large or small, help make a difference in someone’s life.

“It was helpful for me to be around other people celebrating mental illness and not crying over it. I know that there is hope, because the walk gave me some.”
