Welcome to August’s edition of ShrineLines! This edition features the 2024 Chicago Marathon, Dr. Srikumar Pillai, and Planned Giving.
2024 Chicago Marathon
The 2024 Chicago Marathon is on Sunday, October 13th. This year, 29 runners are dedicating their run to and fundraising for Shriners Children’s Chicago.
100% of the money runners raise goes to Shriners Children’s Chicago to improve the lives of children by providing innovative pediatric specialty care, cutting-edge research, and outstanding medical education. Our runners help provide the most amazing care anywhere, regardless of the family’s ability to pay or insurance status.
Tune in to this new podcast featuring Dr. Srikumar Pillai as he delves into Shriners Children’s innovative treatment approach for chest wall deformities like pectus excavatum and pediatric surgery for feeding tubes.Listen here.
