| Dear Encanterra Residents,
The Association continually works to maintain the Common Areas, and there are two projects currently underway.
- Painting | The gate houses and surrounding areas at Combs Road and Good Life Way are scheduled to be painted this week. Drivers are asked to slow down and be aware of workers who may be present onsite this week. Please show patience and consideration for the people who are working hard to keep Encanterra maintained.
- Irrigation System Flush | The irrigation system is being flushed with a treatment to improve water quality. This system flush is scheduled for today and will have a brief impact on the irrigation system. Water will be shut off for 24 hours to allow the treatment to settle into the lines, and we will be back up and running by end of day tomorrow. We expect to see great improvements to water quality and the maintenance of the irrigation system as a result of this treatment. Owners may see a blue dye in the landscape areas. This is a normal part of the treatment, and the dye is 100% safe for people and pets. It will fade within a week.
