What a RIOT! 🐶
When Veronica first adopted Riot 9 years ago from Hope Animal Rescue, she was struggling with her mental health and recognized her need for a four-legged companion to make the days a little brighter. Little did she know, he’d quickly become the constant she (+ her fosters) would need to pull through life’s many transitions.
“Riot is my heart & soul dog, and the course of my life changed forever the day I adopted him,” shares Veronica.
Now, 5 homes, 2 cities, and a couple of job transitions later, these two know that no challenge is too large as long as they’re facing it together! Foster puppies included!
“Just three months after adopting him, I took in my first foster puppy and now here we are 9 years in and many, many foster dogs later– we’re actually celebrating our 9-year fosterversary this month,” shares Veronica.
“He is extremely patient with them, loves to snuggle and play with them, and loves teaching them ‘how to dog.’ I couldn’t foster without him!”
