Can I share something with you, Peter?
Montana is the best state in the best country in the world. Here, your word is your bond, and a handshake still means something. You can count on your neighbors to help pull your car out of a ditch. You know your local postal workers by name, and you share family recipes with the entire church congregation.
Growing up in Big Sky Country meant long drives, open skies, and plenty of mom-and-pop shops. It was a big deal when western Montana got its first escalator. Now, we have more than I can count on my fingers (which still isn’t many).
But wealthy outsiders like my opponent are trying to turn our state into a playground for the rich. They come into Montana, buy up luxury properties, and don’t give a damn about our way of doing things.
As a third-generation Montana dirt farmer, these values are in my bones, and come hell or high water, I’ll do whatever it takes to preserve our Montana way of life. This fight is personal to me.
I’ll stop at nothing to defend our Montana way of life, I need you with me. If you can, please split a donation between my campaign and Tim Kaine today. It may not seem like much, but small-dollar grassroots donations power everything we do and help keep Montana the Last Best Place.
