Dear Friend of Liberty,
I’m writing to you today about a grave injustice that threatens the fundamental principle of our Constitution – the right to own property.
The Arizona state government is threatening to kick 70-year-old Christine Searle out of her home in Arizona due to an unjust foreclosure process linked with overdue property taxes.
That means, that after 18 years of owning her home, Christine might lose it all — along with all the value it has gained over decades — and find herself homeless because of unpaid taxes she was unaware of.
The government thinks that it is not enough just to pay the taxes, they want to take her house. This overreach is all too common from bureaucrats who see an opportunity to exercise government power over private citizens.
Unless we fight back, this could happen to anyone’s grandmother, parent or even you.
This is where you come in. Our attorneys at Mountain States Legal Foundation are fighting to protect Christine’s private property, but we need your support to win this legal battle. A victory for Christine will not only ensure her home is saved, but it will also set a precedent, defending our constitutional property rights.
Will you join us in our fight by signing our petition? This petition not only aims to gather support for Christine but serves as a broader fight to protect your own property rights as enshrined in the Constitution. Your signature could be instrumental in influencing changes in foreclosure laws nationwide.

Thank you for your commitment to liberty, and our constitutional rights.
