
Last month, we introduced GolfForever to the community with our Sip & Stretch Event. Around 100 Members joined us to learn all about the innovative golf fitness and wellness system – GolfForever. Endorsed by Tour Players like Scottie Scheffler, the GolfForever system was created by PGA Tour doctors and trainers to give golfers and anyone whose health and well-being is a priority the same world-class workout and recovery programs as some of the best athletes in the world.
On April 2nd, we’re launching our first 6-week GolfForever Program right here at Encanterra! This instructor-led program will take you through exercises and workouts utilizing a GolfForever Swing Trainer (they will be provided). This will allow you to optimize flexibility, strength, and movement patterns for your swing. The Swing Trainer is the most effective golf training tool ever created. It’s the safest, most direct route to gain fluidity and speed in your swing, increase your energy on the course, and play the best golf of your life. This program is a 6-week series (April 2nd – May 10th) that consists of two sessions per week (12 sessions total) that will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays at 1:00pm.
Not a golfer? No problem! GolfForever’s program was designed specifically for golfers to help improve their game, but has great benefits for anyone looking to feel better in their bodies. It’s great for all Members looking to improve their mobility, whether you’re simply looking for another way to work out or if you’re a racquet sport player.
The cost for all 12 sessions is $265, but if you register before Friday, March 29th, you’ll receive a special early bird discount ($20 off).
