Two weeks ago highlighted some of the best in craft distilling. This past week was a tribute to some of the best in craft blending. We had some great examples of sourcing and blending. One of my favorites was our three barrel blend of Juke Joint Uncut. We’re hoping to get another blend in really soon. If you haven’t grabbed a bottle of our Nashville 11-year, we’re down to our last few bottles. This bottle was fantastic and it’s nearly impossible to find aged rye in today’s whiskey world.
