There are so many variables that make a rookie season unpredictable, which is why Year 2 is often the one where stars are born. These 10 players may have had up-and-down starts to their big league careers, but all signs are pointing to them taking big steps forward in 2024.

It just so happens that the makeup of the 26-name ballot is such that it can be split neatly into two teams, and the depth of these squads helps illustrate all of the talent on this ballot.
