Chateau Cellars is proud to welcome owner/winemaker Giorgio Pelissero for a night of Nebbiolo.
The Pelissero family has been cultivating vineyards in Treiso, in the heart of the Barbaresco DOCG appellation, for three generations and now Giorgio manages the vineyards, makes the wine, and runs the marketing of his family’s label in more than 50 countries. These are some of the finest expressions of Barbaresco being made today with more 95+ point scores than any other producer.
Join us in Ybor on Wednesday, January 31st at 6:30pm where Giorgio will present his wines from Piedmont along with a wonderful 3-course Piedmontese dinner prepared by Chef Viet.

Chateau Cellars is in love with Champagne and you will be too at our exclusive wine dinner the night before Valentines Day in Ybor City. No need to fight the crowds and get gouged on the 14th, come to Beaune’s on the 13th instead.
On Tuesday February 13th at 6:30pm Beaune’s Wine Bar will host Norie Chinea from the world famous Laurent Perrier Champagne house as she leads us through the world of sparkling wines featuring the 100pt Tête de cuvée The Grand Siecle no 26.
A 4 course meal expertly designed to compliment the wines will be prepared by our favorite Chef Viet Vo.
