In the past week, we have buried more bodies than we could have possibly imagined. We ducked through bullets to drag fallen soldiers from the field, so they would not be kidnapped. The need for our work – dealing with bodies – is more than ever. Our volunteers are working day and night, to make sure every soldier and civilian has a proper Jewish burial. We are searching through Southern towns and continue to find more.
