Good Morning!
When most of us consider how to maintain our health, we will think about how to eat a healthy diet, get regular exercise, sleep enough, and manage our stress. But one thing is often missing.
In the video below, The Epoch Times’ Dan Skorbach presents a remarkable discovery about Roseto, Pennsylvania, that set it apart from the rest of America between 1954 and 1961. The distinction led to the town having a mortality rate that was half the national average for those over 65, all while its residents enjoyed their cigars, wine, sausage, and meatballs.
At the same time, Harvard University was conducting the world’s largest study on health and happiness. In the 1980s, they were able to identify the one factor that could help them predict who would be the healthiest and happiest in their 80s—and Roseto helped prove it.
Watch to find out what that one factor is, and if there is someone you care about nearby, it’s even better if you watch it together!
