Men, women, children, babies, the elderly… Hundreds and hundreds of bodies
ZAKA’s teams have been fighting relentlessly to do the mitzvah of chesed shel emes (Jewish burial) since the beginning of this war. But the fight is far from over.
Volunteers are working day and night uncovering more bodies in the wreckage of the South as well as transporting bodies from battlegrounds and borders.
Right now, there aren’t enough trucks to transport the bodies of those who have fallen. Without the truck, the bodies sit in the heat.
ZAKA is urgently in need of your help: One refrigerated ZAKA truck costs $150,000. We will only be able to add more trucks to the fleet if people from all over the world give what they can.
Please help us buy this truck, and be part of this tremendous mitzvah!
