Pursuit United is a brand that should be familiar to Seelbach’s customers. You probably recognize the Bourbon Pursuit name. They have the most popular Bourbon Podcast on the internet. Back in 2018, they released their very own private label aptly named Pursuit Spirits. Initially, it was a collection of single barrels. That changed in late 2020 when they launched their “United” small batch. These blends marry whiskey from different states and distilleries.
Several batches later, they’ve also added the Oak Collection line. Taking a custom blend and a curated finishing of oak, they create a product greater than the sum of its parts by letting the oak enhance, not mask, the intentional blending done before it.
In our opinion, these are the best batches of whiskey they’ve release to date. If you haven’t had Pursuit Spirits yet, now is the time to change that.
