Chile Season is in full swing here in the Hatch Valley! Many think we are at the end of the season, when we are actually only mid-way through! This weekend the town celebrates with a festival devoted to Hatch Chile. Can’t you just imagine the delicious aroma of all that roasting chile?
We know many of you can’t make a trip to Hatch, so The Hatch Chile Store is happy to provide your Hatch Green Chile for you!
We plan to ship each Tuesday until the first frost, so you have time to get in your order for Fresh Hatch Chile. Due to the extreme heat, we recommend that all orders ship overnight. Remember, overnight shipping means from when we ship.
