The Queen Creek Olive Mill is excited to announce that Wilhelm Family Vineyards will be the newest Arizona Wine that we will offer!
Wilhelm Family Vineyards strives to grow ultra-premium grapes on a unique terroir in the high desert of Sonoita. This Southern Arizona town is Arizona’s original wine country and was the first region federally designated an American Viticultural Area (AVA). This high desert vista, located one hour south of Tucson, is home to their estate vineyard, winery, and tasting room. At 5,000 feet and circled by mountain ranges, Sonoita offers a gorgeous backdrop for wine tasting and the complex soil is perfect for producing their high-quality Spanish varietals grown in La Rioja and Ribera del Duero areas of Spain. Intriguing red French varietals enjoy the unique soil and climate of our Sonoita vineyard, as well.
Starting Wednesday, August 9th, you will be able to purchase their wines at our Queen Creek location, and on Friday, August 11th, they will be available at our Kierland store.
