Spring Break Snow?
We had a great time in snowy Flagstaff for Zoe’s Spring Break. Have you ever been to Bearizona? We got super up-close to the wolves, bison, and bears. And the walking part of the exhibit is really awesome too! We tried some new restaurants, visited some of our favorites and enjoyed the falling snow everywhere!
It’s rant time again. If your home is listed at true market value, and well priced, it should NEVER matter how long it takes to get a good offer.
Example: Highest area comp is $490, you list your home at $500, and within a few hours you get an offer for $500 or even $510–there is NO need to wait to test the market more because you got a good offer “quickly.” That’s exactly when you should have gotten an offer-because it was priced correctly, marketed correctly and it happened the way that it is supposed to.
If someone meets their true love when they are 25 are they supposed to wait till they are 27? It’s ridiculous. If you get what you were looking for/wanted, why does it matter if it is on Day 1? Because it shouldn’t happen that quickly? Would you feel better if it took 3 months? Come on.
Is there a reason to sleep on it overnight? Sure. But waiting for something better than what you already asked for because it came in to “fast” is a horrible mindset. Don’t do it. I’m done 🙂
