Dear Members,
The Board has approved monthly gopher treatment for our common areas. The treatments will be provided monthly, with the first community wide service scheduled for Tuesday, March 14th. Treatments will consist of either of the following treatment methods: fumigation and/or underground bait stations.
Gophers allow for direct burrow treatments because they rarely leave their burrow systems. This means the products are applied underground and out of sight/reach.
Because of the treatment method described above, there are no restrictions on common area use before, during, or after treatment.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this ongoing treatment of our common areas.
