When do points expire?
Points collected on or after January 1, 2022 need to be redeemed for Rewards within 180 days (6 months) or they will automatically expire and be removed from your account.
Has anything changed with free medium/unlimited expirations?
Drink expirations have not changed — only point expirations! Your free drink will expire 180 days (6 months) from the time you traded your points in!
How do I trade in my points for free drinks?
Head to your home screen under your point balance dial, tap “Free Medium Drink” or “Free Drink of Your Choice” to unlock! Once points are swapped, your reward will then be added to your app balance. Yay!
What’s the difference between points and rewards?
Points add up when you make purchases at our shops, and when you reach a certain number of points, we’ll pass along our thanks with a reward, which is a free drink!
